Web design in Blaine, Minnesota

Our office sits at 4951 W 77th Street in Edina, near where Highway 100 meets I-494. Blaine is a straight run from there: 100 north to I-694, then up I-35W, about twenty-five miles and roughly half an hour when the roads cooperate. Close enough that we meet in person, far enough that we will not pretend to be your neighbor. Blaine passed Coon Rapids to become Anoka County's largest city, and it is still adding subdivisions east of Radisson Road.

What we build for Blaine organizations

Blaine's business base is three things at once. There is the Highway 65 and Highway 10 retail spine: Northtown Mall, the strip centers, the trades and auto shops living off drive-by traffic. There is real industry, including Aveda's campus on Pheasant Ridge Drive, Infinite Campus on 109th, and the warehouses ringing the Anoka County-Blaine Airport. And there is the service layer that grew with the rooftops, from dental groups to home care agencies to youth sports outfits feeding the National Sports Center. The first needs to be findable on a phone at a stoplight. The second sells to buyers who will never drive past the building. Those are different websites.

Every project runs the same way regardless of city: we listen to your goals, gather requirements, agree on a design strategy and timeline, then build and launch. You get a site that is fast on a phone, accessible, easy for your own team to update, and structured so search engines understand exactly what you do and where you do it.

FAQ

Working with us in Blaine

Do you actually come up to Blaine, or is this all remote?

Yes, when it earns the trip. Blaine is about twenty-five miles from our Edina office, Highway 100 to I-694 and then I-35W north, so a kickoff meeting or a photo day is a normal morning rather than an expedition. Most of the work after that happens over email and screen shares, because that is faster for both of us. We are not going to bill you for driving.

My customers come from Coon Rapids, Ham Lake, and Spring Lake Park as much as from Blaine. Should the site say Blaine?

Say Blaine if that is where you are, then name the towns you actually serve on a service-area page with real content for each, not fifteen near-identical pages with the city swapped. Google has been discounting those for years. Blaine straddles the Anoka-Hennepin and Spring Lake Park school districts and two main ZIP codes, 55434 and 55449; people search by the town they live in, not by yours.

USA Cup and the 3M Open pull a wave of visitors here every summer. Does that change how the site should be built?

Probably, if it is built as static pages on a real host rather than a heavy page builder on shared hosting. The bigger risk in July is not the server, it is stale information: hours, parking, a menu, a phone number nobody updated. If your year turns on a few weeks around the National Sports Center and TPC Twin Cities, we build you a page you can edit yourself the night before.
