Web design in Stillwater, Minnesota

TayoPro designs and builds websites for businesses and organizations in Stillwater, the Washington County seat on the St. Croix River. From our Edina office near Highway 100 and 494, it is roughly forty minutes northeast — up 100 to 694, then east on Highway 36 until the land drops into the river valley. Most of our work happens over video calls, but Stillwater is close enough that showing up in person is never a problem.

What we build for Stillwater organizations

Stillwater's business base splits in two. Downtown is retail and hospitality built for visitors — inns and B&Bs, restaurants, antique dealers, galleries, salons, wedding and event vendors, riverboat and gondola operators — and it lives or dies on weekend traffic from people deciding where to eat and where to sleep before they leave home. Up the hill and out along Highway 36 and Curve Crest is the everyday economy: Lakeview Hospital, Washington County offices, the ISD 834 schools, trades, clinics, and small manufacturers. The first group needs a site that sells a Saturday. The second needs one that answers questions fast and gets out of the way.

Every project runs the same way regardless of city: we listen to your goals, gather requirements, agree on a design strategy and timeline, then build and launch. You get a site that is fast on a phone, accessible, easy for your own team to update, and structured so search engines understand exactly what you do and where you do it.

FAQ

Working with us in Stillwater

Our downtown shop lives on weekend visitors. What should the site actually do?

Answer the four questions a visitor asks before they leave home — are you open right now, where do I park, what do you actually carry, and how far is it from Main Street. Most of that traffic arrives from the metro on Highway 36 or across the St. Croix Crossing from Wisconsin, on a phone, in a parking ramp. Correct holiday hours and real photos of the room beat anything else on your homepage.

Have you built anything in Stillwater?

Not yet. Our built work sits closer to the west and central metro — Edina, Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Burnsville — plus clients in Washington state and New York. We would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. What we do bring is fourteen years and 220-plus projects with organizations that look like Stillwater's: small teams, one or two people updating the site, no marketing department.

What would a site for a downtown Stillwater shop or inn cost?

Most independent downtown operators land in the starter or business range — roughly $1,800 to $3,500 for a focused few-page site, or $3,500 to $9,000 when you need booking, a real events calendar, or a dozen-plus pages. Selling online moves it into store territory, $3,500 to $20,000. We scope and price before we start, so the number does not move mid-project.
