Inver Grove Heights is about fifteen miles east of our Edina office — out I-494 past the airport, exit at Highway 52, roughly twenty-five minutes when the beltway is behaving. It is a large city with no real downtown: about 35,000 people spread over close to thirty square miles, with business strung along Concord Boulevard, Cahill Avenue, and the Highway 52 frontage roads. We build websites for the organizations working those corridors.
The business base here is not a downtown retail strip. It is trades and contractors in the industrial pockets off Concord Boulevard, auto dealerships along the Highway 52 frontage, dental and chiropractic and insurance offices on Cahill Avenue, home care and disability service providers covering Dakota County, and the churches and youth programs that hold the older river neighborhoods together. CHS keeps its headquarters on Cenex Drive and Inver Hills Community College brings a few thousand students onto the campus off 80th Street, but neither is who this page is for. The rest get found on a phone, from a map, by someone who already needs the service.

Not yet. The closest is Burnsville, also in Dakota County, where we built the site for NuuroTherapy, an autism care provider. We would rather say that plainly than imply a local portfolio we do not have. The work does not change much at the city line: intake paths for care providers, enrollment pages for schools, and a phone number that is easy to find.
Search and maps, mostly. No walkable downtown is doing the work for you, and a customer on Cahill Avenue may just as easily land on a South St. Paul or Eagan result. So we make the Google Business Profile match the site exactly, name the roads and neighborhoods you actually serve, put hours and directions where a thumb can reach them, and keep the pages fast on the phone in the truck.
Most single-location businesses here land in the starter or business range — $1,800 to $3,500 for a straightforward five-to-seven page site, $3,500 to $9,000 when there are services to break out, staff bios, intake forms, or scheduling. A care plan runs $75 to $600 a month if you want us keeping it patched and current. If a redesign is all you need, that starts at $2,500.
